Ingredients - spray olive oil, 1.5c shredded hash browns, 6 turkey sausage links, 6oz of diced ham, 6 eggs combined with 1c of milk, 1/2c shredded cheese, salt & pepper. Bake in oven at 350° for about 40 minutes or until center is firm.
